How do I choose my size?
Our oversize pieces are designed for a loose, relaxed fit. Take your usual size for the intended look, or size down for a more fitted cut. The size guide at the top of the page gives all the precise measurements, in centimeters.
What if I get the size wrong?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Size or color exchanges are free: contact us at contact@differentofficiel.com and we'll take care of the return.
What are the delivery times?
Your order ships within 24h maximum, then arrives in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery to pick-up points is free in France, with no minimum purchase.
Are your pieces produced in large quantities?
No. Each design is released in a limited run, and some pieces are one-of-a-kind. It's a choice: we prefer clothes you won't see on everyone else. Once a size sells out, it generally doesn't come back.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Klarna lets you pay for your order in installments, at no extra cost. We also accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Where are you based?
DIFFERENT is a Parisian concept store, at 39 rue Ramponeau in the 20th arrondissement. All our pieces are designed and selected here. You can come try them on in-store, and bring an order back there at no charge (return shipping via carrier is still at your expense, except for an exchange).
